Tomatoes, Tomatoes, Tomatoes!

This past week finally cooled back down to normal temperatures, so the tomatoes have been coming ripe like crazy. Sure, they love the sun and heat, but they prefer the high 70’s to the mid 90’s, at least I like to think that…..

Red Zebra, Green Zebra, Black Vernis, White Cherry, and so many more.

Tomatoes prepped in one pound bags for last weekend’s pop up farmers market we attended (and came home sold-out!)

White Cherry – a very sweet, low acid tomato.

Devil tomato! (It is a Red Zebra)

But I’ll be honest…I don’t sell these Berkley Tye-Dye’s willingly. They are my favorite. Sweet as can be, they are as big as my hand. Perfect with breakfast!

If you would like to get some for yourself, PM us on the Facebook page for local pickup. Our tomatoes are $4 a pound, and we offer pre-mixed bags for tasty snacks.
